About Presswood & Associates

Presswood & Associates was established in 1997 by Larry Presswood. It is the first and only real estate company in Cleveland that specializes exclusively in marketing commercial and industrial real estate and assisting clients in buying or selling a business.

Mr. Presswood, a Cleveland native with a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning from UT Knoxville, worked for fifteen years with the Tennessee State Planning Office and the City of Cleveland as former Mayor Harry Dethero’s Administrative Assistant and Community Development Director. His years of experience in government led to consulting for attorneys in court cases involving planning and zoning issues.
