Christopher Mullin, MD, FACOG
Dr Mullin was raised in Lakesite, Tennessee. He attended Notre Dame High School and then went on to obtain his B.A. in Chemistry from the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga in 1989. He then received his M.D. in 1993 from the University of Tennessee, College of Medicine in Memphis, Tennessee. He completed his OB/GYN residency at the University Of Oklahoma College Of Medicine in 1997. After passing his board certification with the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, he started his private practice, LifeCircle Women’s Healthcare.
Dr. Mullin founded LifeCircle Women’s Healthcare with a vision of providing the most advanced and up-to-date care to the women of the greater Cleveland area.
Dr. Mullin has special interests in laparoscopic surgery, endometriosis, and incontinence. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their 6 children, as well as coaching wrestling.
Steven D. Wolf, DO, FACOG
Dr Wolf has been in the practice of OB/GYN for 16 years and is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He obtained a Bachelors of Science in 1977 from Ohio State University. He then received his Masters of Healthcare Administration in 1980 from Ohio State University. He received his Doctor of Osteopathy in 1984 from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his Osteopathic Internship in 1985 and his Family Practice Residency in 1986 from Botsford General Hospital in Farmington Hills, Michigan. He maintained an active family practice, including obstetrics from 1986-1990 in Orrville, Ohio. From 1990-1994, he completed his Obstetrics/Gynecology residency at Aultman Hospital in Canton, Ohio. He was then in active practice at Atrium OB/GYN from 1994-2003 in Canton, Ohio.
While in Canton, Ohio, he served as Clinical Assistant Professor at Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine, as well as the Clinical Instructor for the OB/GYN residency program at Aultman Hospital. Since 2003-present, it has been his pleasure to be in active practice with LifeCircle Women’s Healthcare.
Dr Wolf’s goal and philosophy for his practice is to care for the women of southeast Tennessee in the most up-to-date and compassionate manner possible. Dr Wolf hopes to promote health in women through prevention, treatment, and management. Prevention includes reducing risks to women and infants in pregnancy and promoting healthy lifestyles in women from childhood through menopause and beyond. LifeCircle uses the most state-of-the-art surgical methods when necessary to treat women with a variety of health challenges. LifeCircle strives to use current science to manage both optimal health and the disease process.
When he is not working, Dr. Wolf enjoys gardening and spending time with his family, especially his new grandson.
Cheryl Buchwalter, M.D., FACOG
Dr. Buchwalter obtained a B.A. in Chemistry from the College of Wooster, a small liberal arts college in Wooster, Ohio.
She then received her M.D. in 1996 from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Buchwalter completed her OB/GYN residency at SUMMA Health Systems in Akron, Ohio in 2000. She was in private practice in Canton, Ohio for seven years. This also included participating in teaching staff for Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine. She mentored students and residents and received several awards, including: Attending of the Year, Surgeon of the Year, and Excellence in Teaching. She passed oral boards to complete board certification in 2002.
Dr. Buchwalter’s practice philosophy aims to promote long-term health and well-being through positive lifestyle changes. Prevention is key. She educates patients in terms they can understand so they may actively participate in decision making. She loves delivering babies and seeing families display emotions—especially when dads cry!
Dr. Buchwalter was born and raised in Ohio. Her husband builds custom mountain bike frames and convinced her to move here for better weather and the mountains (biking for him). She has two children and enjoys running and gardening.
Lacy Windham, M.D.
Lacy Windham was born and raised in Chattanooga. She attended Girls Preparatory School, followed by the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. While there, she was a Brock Scholar and active in the University Honors Program. She graduated with majors in Biology and Sociology.
She attended medical school at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. Her residency was completed at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia. She was the recipient of multiple awards during her residency training, including: Most Outstanding Resident in Maternal Fetal Medicine, Most Outstanding Resident in Oncology, Most Outstanding Resident Overall, and Special Award in Minimally Invasive Surgery.
Her professional interests include minimally invasive surgery, as well as adolescent and young adult health.
In 2007, she married her husband, Eric. She and her husband have 3 beautiful children. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, and writing fiction.
John M. Powell, M.D., FACOG, Emeteris
Dr. Powell completed his B.A. degree in 1961 from St. Bernard College in Cullman, Alabama. He received his MD degree in 1964 from the University Of Tennessee College Of Medicine; he then went to the University of Tennessee Memorial Research Center and Hospital in Knoxville, Tennessee, where he completed his OB/GYN residency in 1968. He served in the United States Air Force from 1969-1971. He opened his private practice in 1971 and continued in private OB/GYN practice until 2003. In 2003, he ended his private practice to join LifeCircle. His current practice is confined to gynecology, including primary care of women.
Dr. Powell shares a rich history with the women in Cleveland, Tennessee, having delivered thousands of babies in his obstetric days, including some of our staff. In his free time, Dr. Powell enjoys spending time with his wife, gardening, traveling, and playing with his grandchildren.
Sherri’ Littrell, Practice Administrator
Sherri’ started her journey in the medical profession in 1984, working for Dr. John M. Powell in his private OB/GYN practice for 12 years. After his completion of the obstetrical portion of his practice, Sherri’ found herself looking to get back into obstetrics. She eventually came to work for Dr. Christopher Mullin at Women’s Health Professionals in 1998. In 2000, together with Dr. Mullin and other members of his staff, they opened his private practice, LifeCircle Women’s Healthcare.
Being the practice manager of a busy OB/GYN office is challenging and very rewarding. She is so proud to work together with such great doctors that sincerely care about their patients and employees.
In her spare time, Sherri’ enjoys shopping, interior design, and spending time with her family. She and her husband, Don, have been married 26 years and have one son, Luke, who graduated from Lee University.
Christine Sneed, IBCLC, CLE, CCCE
Christine has been a part of the LifeCircle team since 2002 and has worked in the maternal infant health field for over 18 years.
She started in this field as a Labor and Postpartum Doula and has attended over 300 births in her career. Educating families in the childbearing year is more than a career choice for Christine, it is a passion. You only need to speak with Christine for a few moments to realize she is passionate about the maternal infant healthcare field.
Christine is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, as well as a CAPPA (Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association) Certified Lactation Educator, and Certified Childbirth Educator. Christine’s favorite saying is, “No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care,” and care she does. She is by far her patient’s greatest advocate!!!
In addition to working for LifeCircle as a patient advocate, childbirth educator, and lactation consultant, Christine is also on faculty with CAPPA (Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association), training healthcare professionals to become certified lactation educators (CLE) in the United States and Europe.
Christine has been joyfully married to Alan since 2002. They enjoy traveling together, especially on beach vacations and playing with their cat. They also volunteer together in a ministry to help others enhance their marriage and family life!
Holly Cofer, RDMS
Alice has been employed by LifeCircle for 3 years, but she has been a medical assistant for 17 years. She currently assists Dr. Windham.
She is a wife and mother of two beautiful girls. In her spare time, Alice enjoys being with her family.
Megan started working at LifeCircle in February 2011. She works at the front desk checking in patients and assisting them so that they get quick and efficient care. She also aids in resolving any insurance/financial issues. She enjoys interacting with the patients and putting a face with each name. She loves to meet all the babies after seeing them grow in mommy.
Megan got married in September 2014 to Adam they have a cat named Ziggy and are waiting to add more 4 legged animals to their family soon. They enjoy spending down time with family and friends

Kelly works with Dr. Wolf and has been with LifeCircle for 12 years. She enjoys working with our obstetrical patients, as well as, our gynecology patients.
In her spare time, Kelly enjoys spending time with her son, nieces, and nephews
Tammy has enjoyed working at LifeCircle for the past 5 ½ years. Tammy feels that the staff here are all professional, courteous, and are the most wonderful people she has ever worked with.
Tammy enjoys spending time with her teenage son. Her hobbies include traveling and reading.

Melissa has been a medical assistant for 17 years. She has been working with Dr. Mullin for 13 wonderful years. She has a 4 year-old child who was delivered by LifeCircle. She feels that it was a wonderful experience.
Melissa and her husband love spending time with their daughter and with family.
